About Our Beef
Where does your beef come from?
All of our beef is raised right here on our family farm in South-West Gippsland. We’re proud to offer grass-fed, ethically raised beef that reflects the care we put into every part of our process.
What does "grass-fed" mean?
Our cattle graze on natural pastures their entire lives — no feedlots, no grain finishing. It’s better for the animals, the environment, and the flavour.
Is your beef free from hormones and antibiotics?
Yes. We never use growth hormones, and antibiotics are only used if absolutely necessary for animal welfare — never as a routine practice.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can pre-order online via our Google Form during our sale week. Just choose your box size, select your delivery or pick-up option, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Cardinia Shire, South Gippsland, Bass Coast, and selected areas of Melbourne.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely. We encourage pick up of orders from the farm during sale week. Great if you're nearby or want to say g’day!
How is the beef packaged?
Our beef is cryovac-sealed for freshness. It is safe to keep in the fridge for about a week (sausages and mince are fine for 3-5 days before you should freeze them)
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Ideally yes — but if you’re not, we’ll leave your box in a safe, shaded spot. Just let us know your delivery instructions when you order.

What’s included in a beef box?
Each box is a mix of premium cuts (like steak and roast) and everyday favourites (like mince and sausages). During pre-order whats included in the packs will be displayed.
Can I customise my beef box?
At this stage, we offer set box options to ensure the whole animal is used respectfully. But feel free to let us know your preferences — we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How long will the beef last?
It is safe to keep in the fridge for about a week (sausages and mince are fine for 3-5 days before you should freeze them) and up to 12 months in the freezer.
Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
At this stage boxed beef is the only current option. But if you’re after a quarter, side, or custom pack, get in touch directly. We’re always happy to chat about options.

Can I visit the farm?
